Yuuki's heart began to beat rapidly the moment she saw him. It was always like this, no matter what he had said to her, or even if it was just a small smile in her general direction. A small part of her felt like she had betrayed him, the guilt eating away at her slowly and more deeply each time Zero sunk his fangs into her neck.
